General Rules
1. By placing an order, the customer accepts the TOS rules.2. All prices are given in PLN and USD.3. I may also refuse to accept an order without giving a reason
Payment
1. Payment is made on a 50/50 basis, with the first half of the amount due upon acceptance of the draft and the second half upon completion of the artwork.2. I accept payments via Blik and PayPal.3. Reimbursement of costs can be requested before work begins, including work on the draft.
Creation Process
1. The customer receives a draft for approval and, upon approval, pays 50% of the amount.2. At the draft stage, three corrections may be requested (each additional correction costs an extra USD 1).3. The completion time is approximately 1-4 weeks. The customer will be informed of any issues.
Copyright and its use
1. As an artist, I retain full copyright to the work.2. The client receives the right to personal use, e.g. avatar, publication on social media with attribution to the author.3. The following is prohibited:
- Commercial use (sale) of the work
- Removal of my signature4. If the client wishes to sell my work, this can be arranged for an additional fee, which applies only to renders (+150% of the amount).5. As an author, I post my work on social media. If you do not want your art to be posted there, please notify me in advance.
Zasady Ogólne
1. Zlecając komisz, klient od górnie akceptuje zasady TOS2.Wszystkie ceny są podane w PLN i USD3. Mogę też odmówić przyjęcia zlecenia, bez podania powodu
Płatności
1. Płatność odbywa w sposobie 50/50, pierwsza połowa kwoty po zaakceptowaniu szkicu, a druga część kwoty po wykonaniu arta2.Przyjmuje płatności Blikiem, PayPalem3.Zwrot kosztów można zgłosić przed rozpoczęciem pracy wliczając to prace nad szkicem
Proces Tworzenia
1.Klient otrzymuje szkic do akceptacji, po zaakceptowaniu płaci 50% kwoty2.Na etapie szkicu można zgłosić 3 poprawki ( za kolejne jest 3 zł dopłaty)3.Czas realizacji to około 1-4 tygodnie, o każdym problemie informuje
Prawa Autorskie i używanie ich
1.Jako artysta posiadam pełne prawa autorskie do pracy2.Klient otrzymuje prawo do użytku osobistego np. avatar, publikacja na social mediach z podaniem autora3.Zabronione jest:
-Używanie pracy komercyjnie (sprzedaży)
-usuwania mojego podpisu4.Jeśli klient chciałby sprzedać moją prace, można to ustalić za dodatkową opłatą, dotyczy to tylko renderów (+150% kwoty)5. Jako autor wrzucam prace swoje social media, jak nie chcesz żeby twoj art się tam znalazł proszę powiadomić mnie wcześniej
